Yale Commercial Storeroom Pacific Beach Lever Grade 2 Cylindrical Lock in Satin Chrome Finish

How This Function Works:

Typically used for Entrance, home or Office Doors. Deadlocking Latch. Either lever operates latch (except when locked, outside lever will not operate latch). Pushing turn button on the inside lever locks the outside lever. Lock mechanism releases automatically when inside lever is turned or key cylinder is rotated with key from the outside. Outside lever may be retained in the locked position if the push turn button on the inside lever is pushed and turned 90 degrees clockwise to a horizontal postion. Leverset will remain in this locked position until button is pushed and returned to vertical position. Latch can be operated by turning inside lever, or by inserting the key in the cylinder on the outside lever and rotating the key in the cylinder. Inside lever is always active.
