This is the Heritage Brass L03.360.TED, a 1 Gang 2 Way 10-120W Trailing Edge LED Dimmer – Satin Chrome Brushed flat plate and dimmer knob. It is part of the M-Marcus range of Stylist grid flat plate range of switches, sockets, LED dimmers, USB socket outlets, and other wiring accessories.
