This is a 24V 50mA door retainer with 20Kg holding force, a magnetic fire door retainer. Simple to install and quite robust, this door retainer is fitted with a spring loaded release pin mounted in the center of the electro-magnet. When the power is off, the release pin allows the door to close.

Ideal for: nursing homes, hospitals, schools, industrial premises, and places where the door needs to be held open but to automatically be released in the case of a fire alarm.
